📘 COURSE DESCRIPTION
Negotiating does not have to mean creating conflict. This course focuses on practical negotiating skills that can help real estate professionals work through issues, communicate effectively, and keep transactions moving toward successful agreements.
This 3-hour ELECTIVE CE course is In Person Only.

📍 IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE
Class is held at the Carol's Classes LLC classroom in the Historic Creamery Building in Rapid City.
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before class. The classroom is on the 2nd floor and an elevator is available.
Free parking is available on 2nd Street with no two-hour limit. A few parking spaces are also available behind the building. A ramp is located in the back parking lot at the far end.
📚 COURSE MATERIALS
Printed course materials will be provided in class.
🎓 CE CREDIT
This course provides 3 hours of ELECTIVE South Dakota Continuing Education credit.
ELECTIVE hours do not count toward South Dakota Post-License education requirements.
After class, you will receive information for completing the short certificate quiz. This is not a course-content test. After completing the quiz, watch for the passing email with the link to download and save your Certificate of Completion.

You may request a transfer at least 2 business days before class, subject to seat availability. If the new class costs more, you will be responsible for the difference. One transfer is included.
