24 REQUIRED CE/PL hours in just four days!
Register for the complete 24-hour package for only $339. Eight 3-hour REQUIRED courses, Monday through Thursday. No tests!
Can't make every session that week? All eight courses are scheduled to be offered again by the end of November. If you need to miss a course, contact Carol's Classes LLC. If space is available, your registration can be changed to the later offering at no additional cost.
This package also includes Fair Housing and Code of Ethics courses designed to satisfy the NAR requirements due in 2027.
Classes are 9 AM–Noon and 1–4 PM Mountain Time each day.

LIVE ZOOM ATTENDANCE
This package registration is for Live Zoom attendance.
Students must attend from ONE LOCATION for the ENTIRE CLASS in a professional learning environment.
You will need a working camera and microphone and reliable high-speed internet. You must remain visible on camera and be available for attendance checks throughout class. Breaks and the lunch period are excluded.
Classes are live and interactive. Zoom attendance requirements must be met to receive credit.
SCHEDULE
Classes are held from 9 AM–Noon and 1–4 PM Mountain Time each day.
Lunch is Noon–1 PM Mountain Time.
Students receive credit for each course they attend. To earn the full 24 hours included in the package, students must complete all eight courses, either during Oct. 19–22 or through an approved later makeup offering.
COURSE MATERIALS
Course materials will be provided digitally for Live Zoom students.
CE/PL CREDIT
Each course provides 3 hours of REQUIRED South Dakota Continuing Education/Postlicensing credit, for a total of 24 hours.
Carol's Classes LLC will submit the required attendance information to the South Dakota Real Estate Commission within 2–5 business days after class.
An email will be sent within 2 business days after the Thursday classes with instructions for obtaining your Certificates of Completion for the courses you attended.
ACCESSIBILITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
If you need an accommodation to participate in this course, please contact us as early as possible so we can discuss your needs.
TRANSFERS
You may request a transfer at least 2 business days before the package begins, subject to availability. If the new registration costs more, you will be responsible for the difference. One transfer is included.
REFUNDS
Refunds may be requested at least 1 business day before the package begins. Refunds are processed through Eventbrite and will be reduced by applicable Eventbrite and processing fees.
WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS
If a change or cancellation affects class, Carol's Classes LLC will notify registered students by TEXT. Please provide a current cell phone number when registering.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
Registration is for the complete 24-hour Live Zoom package. Students are registering for all eight courses rather than purchasing the individual courses separately.
Seats are reserved when payment is received. Minimum of 3 people required for class. If minimum enrollment is not met, Carol's Classes LLC may cancel or reschedule the class and will notify registered students.
