Who doesn't love a Highland Cow? Create this adorable cow while learning the fundamentals of needle felting.
About this Event

Class Description: This beginner needle felted highland cow class is an introduction to the basics of needle felting. Students will learn to use felting needles, foam, and wool to create their own special highland cow.

Instructor Biography: Lisa Haldeman is a self-taught fiber and polymer clay artist whose miniature dolls and whimsical wool creations have been displayed and sold at craft shows, galleries, and online stores for 22 years. She has taught craft classes at SPLAT Studio, Landis Valley Museum, and the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen. She especially loves helping people learn the fun and fulfilling craft of needle felting.

Prerequisites: No experience needed.

Class Fee: $35 (includes all fiber materials needed for class)

Materials Fee: $5 (optional if you want to take home – includes 2 needles, foam pad, and finger protectors)

Maximum Class Size: 12 Students

Target Age: Ages 16 and above
