NDIS Information Session for Carers (Southport)

Whether you’re caring for someone who might qualify for NDIS support or you’re already navigating the system together, this session will be valuable for you!

Some of the information that may be included for carers in this session will be:

• LAC (local area co-ordination)
• Application process for NDIS
• Implementation of plans
• Summary of what support may be available to you
• Q&A time and more

This is a fantastic opportunity as there is always more we can learn about this support that is available to our care recipients.

*If you care for someone over 65 years of age, the support they may be eligible for will be under 'My Aged Care'.

Once registered, Peer Facilitator Rachel will reach out with venue details.
