NCT Plymouth and West Devon Walk and Talk

Join us for a chance to chat with other parents while getting some fresh air and gentle exercise.

Our walks are very laid back and flexible to what the group wants to do, and the weather! Walks are open to all parents, caregivers, and expectant parents, and they are free.

The walk will last about an hour. Please come prepared for the weather.

We will meet at the information board by the Plym Bridge Car Park entrance. There are no permanent refreshment services so please bring water with you for the walk.

Booking is free, it just helps us know who to look out for.
