Our Real Estate Broker Prelicensing course is approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and covers everything you need to prepare for the state and national licensing exams, including real estate principles and practices, law and contracts, financing, closing valuation, and fair housing. Hybrid model, join in person or online. Schedule: Mon and Wed evenings 5:30 to 8:30, Saturdays 9:00 to 12:00, January 11 to March 8, 2027. Course fee $325, tuition reimbursement is available, and one course exam retake is included.
