Forest Bathing with Aimée Bostwick
Host: Aimée Bostwick
Info: Join Aimée for a gentle Shinrin-Yoku experience before Lyndon speaks at 11 a.m. Forest bathing is a practice of slow, sensory immersion in nature — not a hike, but an invitation to pause, breathe, and truly arrive. This will be a time of preparation and reflection, acclimating ourselves to the natural world around us and opening our senses ahead of Lyndon's story.
