Jane Curth
Jane Curth, B.A., M.Ed. is the co-founder and first CEO of FitFixNow, a continuing education platform for fitness professionals. A former Professor of Health and Kinesiology and ACE-certified personal trainer, she is also a MELT Hand and Foot Instructor and SilverSneakers® consultant, model, and FLEX instructor.
Sheila Kalas
Sheila Kalas, B.S., M.S. is the founder and owner of Fitness Plus in Lexington, Kentucky. An exercise physiologist and personal trainer since 1989, she holds a master’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Kentucky and is a published writer and speaker.
