NC Dance Festival Performance at GreenHill
About this Event
In partnership with GreenHill Center for NC Art and its exhibition Terra: A Landscape Survey, the NC Dance Festival presents an immersive evening of live dance and dance film inside the gallery space. Exploring themes of land, identity, community, and belonging, this unique performance experience invites audiences to engage with movement and visual art in conversation with one another.
The evening with feature the premiere of a new work, Boreal, by Janice Lancaster accompanied by Larry Weng on Piano, and dance films by Robin Gee, Jingqiu J. Guan, and Tamara Williams.
A conversation with the artists closes the performance. Learn from the artists about their process and how their work speaks to the "Terra" exhibit.
Suggested $15 donation per person.
