FREE-in-person SAFE Yoga in Greensboro

SAFE stands for Safe, Accessible, Free-flowing Energy — and that’s exactly what we want you to experience! This program is designed to open the door to yoga for racial/ethnic minorities and low-income communities in the Greensboro community and surrounding areas; offering a welcoming space to move, breathe, and connect.

In each session, you’ll be introduced to different aspects of yoga and learn simple, practical ways to bring movement and mindfulness into your daily life. Whether you’re brand new or returning to the mat, our goal is to help you feel strong, balanced, and energized.

Led by certified yoga instructors, primarily trained by I AM YOGA, each class is crafted with care to meet you where you are.

What to Bring: A yoga mat, throw blanket, or beach towel — and an open mind!

**Class Details are sent to registrants every Friday prior to class for your preparation and awareness.

We want you to feel safe, comfortable, and informed. By registering, you’re letting us know:

1. You’re at least 18 years old and understand that, like any movement activity, yoga carries a small risk of injury.
2. You’re happy to receive occasional updates from I AM Yoga (you can unsubscribe whenever you like).
3. You take responsibility for your own practice and release I AM Yoga, our yoga instructors, and affiliates from any claims for injuries or harm.
4. You know our instructors are independent professionals, not employees.
5. You’re okay with us capturing the joy of our classes in photos or videos and using them to inspire others to join in.
