FREE-in-person SAFE Yoga in Greensboro

SAFE stands for Safe, Accessible, Free-flowing Energy — and that’s exactly what we want you to experience! This program is designed to open the door to yoga for racial/ethnic minorities and low-income communities in the Greensboro community and surrounding areas; offering a welcoming space to move, breathe, and connect.

In each session, you’ll be introduced to different aspects of yoga and learn simple, practical ways to bring movement and mindfulness into your daily life. Whether you’re brand new or returning to the mat, our goal is to help you feel strong, balanced, and energized.

Led by certified yoga instructors, primarily trained by I AM YOGA, each class is crafted with care to meet you where you.

What to Bring: A yoga mat, throw blanket, or beach towel — and an open mind!
