Iris is the founder of Healing the Divide. The group has taken bold steps in holding the authorities accountable, including initiating 8 legal actions related to Covid-19 vaccinations and public health mandates. From suing Singapore Press Holdings to challenging the government over Crimes Against Humanity, their relentless pursuit of truth and justice has provided invaluable insights into navigating legal battles.
Most recently, Raymond and Iris sued the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) for inaction against Pfizer’s use of celebrities to promote vaccinations. Though this Judicial Review was struck out due to standing issues, the judge confirmed that public rights make the case susceptible to Judicial Review. Iris will share key lessons learned from this experience and how it prepares them for future legal actions.

October 2021
Against Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) & Reporter Salma Khalik
Healing the Divide sued for the article: "Only fair to protect vulnerable in S'pore against COVID-19 spread by unvaccinated people." The group hired a law firm.

November 2021
Iris Sued the Government for Crimes Against Humanity and Violation of the Nuremberg Code. (Case HC/OS 1189/2021) was filed to protect the rights of citizens. Iris hired M Ravi.

December 2021
Supported a 9-Year-Old Boy in Suing Health Minister Ong Ye Kung
A young boy was traumatised by OYK's relentless call for children to be vaccinated to protect old folks. The group helped the boy to seek legal justice. Sadly, the judge ruled that Ministers is protected under a Government Act to prevent lawsuits and the lawsuit was stopped. (Boy vs. Ong Ye Kung).

January 2022
Judicial Review Against Vaccination-Differentiated Measures
Engaged lawyer Clarence Lun to challenge the Singapore government, halting proceedings following her arrest.

December 2022
Iris Sued Police Officers for Mishandling Evidence
Filed a Magistrate Complaint to address the mishandling of crucial evidence in a Legal Professional Privilege (LPP) breach.

March 2023
Iris launched a Judicial Review Against AGC for Chain of Custody Breach
Pursued legal action to demand an investigation into breaches in handling her evidence.
This action was handled by Fernandez LLC.

August 2023
Raised $24,155 for M Ravi’s Lawsuit Against Tharman’s Presidential Candidacy
Challenged the involvement of ministers in foreign organizations like the WEF, leading to a legislative change.

Iris's actions to highlight Tharman's participation in International Bodies as the President of Singapore resulted in the "Moonlighting" bill to officially allow the President and members of Parliament to join organisations like the WEF. Iris has highlighted that this is a serious breach in the Constitution.

June 2024
Judicial Review Against Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and Pfizer
Recently, Iris sued HSA for not taking action against Pfizer for using celebrities to promote vaccinations. Unfortunately, the action was struck out based on standing. While the judge agreed that there is a public right for this judicial review, the case was unable to address the issue of "special damages" adequately. As a result, the judge ruled that the case did not have sufficient merit to proceed. However, the judge also remarked that the case is susceptible to judicial review. Despite this setback, Iris and her team have gained invaluable insights into the complexities of pursuing a judicial review, preparing them for future actions to uphold public rights.
Recent Victories
Iris recently had 2 successful mediations in her ongoing defamation lawsuits against individuals who had defamed her using GetEven.AI. Iris and Raymond currently have about 12 lawsuits between them against individuals for defamation and other legal action. With their lawsuits, they hope that people will be more responsible in their postings on social media and hope to bring about a fairer society for all when ordinary people can access justice using AI to bridge the knowledge gap.
