About this Event
You don’t have to navigate the cycle of chronic pain, inflammation, and stress alone.
What to Expect: Join us for an afternoon of regulation, movement, and nutrition designed to help your body feel capable again. This isn't about "pushing through" pain—it’s about understanding how your body works and learning small, realistic strategies for a busy life.
What You’ll Gain:
✨ Jennifer Leung, mindfulness coach on calming the nervous system and managing stress
🥗 Eva Kusters, A nutrition expert on how food can support inflammation and recovery
💪 Alisha Bard, personal trainer on safe, effective movement for pain management
The Experience:
- Practical Tools: Simple, science-backed strategies you can use immediately.
- Connection Time: Many women come for the tools but stay for the community. A dedicated 30-minute space at the end for discussion and community support.
- Supportive Environment: A non-judgmental space to learn and explore.
About Your Facilitators:
- Jennifer Leung: Mindfulness Teacher and Facilitator, Jen helps women bridge the gap between nervous system regulation and life clarity through the power of curiosity and non-judgment. By blending practical somatic tools with deep contemplative practice, she empowers clients to move from burnout to balance. https://www.developingmindset.com/
- Eva Kusters: Functional Nutrition Practitioner. Eva helps people understand how stress, digestion, and nutrition influence how the body feels and functions. She focuses on practical strategies so health doesn’t have to feel like a second job. https://evasfunctionaledge.com/
