About this Event
Join our Junion Ambassador, Ali, and special guest for a family-friendly nature walk at the beautiful Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, where we’ll explore the wetlands and learn more about the frogs, reptiles, birds, and other wildlife that call this unique ecosystem home.
This walk is designed for curious nature lovers of all ages and will include opportunities to observe wildlife, ask questions, and slow down to experience one of DC’s most remarkable natural spaces together.
Kenilworth’s wetlands provide important habitat for a variety of frog species and other aquatic wildlife, making this a wonderful opportunity to explore the connections between birds, amphibians, habitat, and conservation.
Please note that this is an intentionally small-group experience to help protect the habitat and ensure a comfortable experience for all participants.
Please only RSVP if you are committed to attending and kindly do not bring unregistered guests.
