Nature Soundbath

Join Quintessential Therapy on Monday, May 18th at 6:15pm for a nature inspired, rejuvenating and immersive soundbath experience by the LIC Waterfront, where the soothing sounds of nature meet the healing vibrations of our soundbath instruments. We will begin with a quick stretch from one of Quintessential Therapy's yoga instructors and then begin the nature soundbath.

As a token of our appreciation for the LIC community, we are offering this event free of charge.During this one-hour soundbath meditation, you will:

* Connect with the beauty of nature through a guided breathwork session.

* Immerse yourself in the gentle frequencies of wind chimes, singing bowls, ocean drums, cacho shells, and gongs.

* Experience deep relaxation as the sounds resonate with your body and mind.
