Build from the Ground Up

Join us for our 8-week alignment based series with Anh. Each session builds on the last: clear sequencing, thoughtful use of props, and hands-on guidance that meets you exactly where you are. This series will begin with basic standing poses and we will progress through seated and balancing postures, as well as an introduction to inversions (including shoulderstand and headstand).

We'll be meeting for eight Saturdays from 1:30-3:00PM on the following dates:

April 04, 11, 18, 25
May 02, 09

FOR YOGA TEACHERS
If you teach yoga, this is an opportunity to go deeper into sequencing, alignment cueing,
and the art of working with props. The Iyengar tradition is one of the most rigorous
frameworks for understanding how the body moves.

While this series is progressive, each class fully supports drop-in attendees for single sessions.

Drop-in price is $35 for a single session.
