Let’s share our time together to Meditate and Create.

Women's History Month Edition ~ Let's learn about Meditation and the importance Mindfulness. How do we keep ourselves well during challenging times?

You will be guided by our Meditation Teacher Yahhila. She will guide you and share with you tools you can use on your own time. Meditation clams the mind and body, and may help to lower blood pressure, plus so much more.

Our Candle Specialist, Laniece, will guide you to create a beautifully scented candle. We will provide all the materials. Come with an open mind and ready to experience something different.
