Retreat into the woods for a day of connection and grounding through a nourishing day of gentle yoga, meditation and nature connection. Nickie of Prana Wellness and Lisa of Stickstacks - Forest School and Creative Wild Play, join together to bring you a special one day retreat in the peaceful woodland setting of The Glade.
Nickie will guide you through a flow of calming and grounding movements under the trees with gentle yoga and meditations allowing you to be in the present moment.
Lisa will be your guide into a playful connection (or re-connection) with the natural world, feeling the energy of the lengthening days and natures abundant growth. She facilitates this through nature based games and natural art.
A vegetarian lunch cooked over the open fire is provided. You will also have time to do what comes naturally to you in this space whether that is walking under the trees, sitting quietly on your own or connecting with others around the fire. It is sure to be a beautiful day leaving us all feeling nurtured by nature.
