Conscious Connected Breathwork Circle in Totnes, Devon

Welcome to this 90 minute session for conscious connected breathwork, sharing and connection.

There will be a space to check in, share what's on your mind, we will breathe together for 30-40 minutes and come together to share what came up and integrate afterwards. Sharing is always welcome but not mandatory.

Conscious connected breathwork is a beautiful healing modality that helps to shift blocked energy in the body, allowing you to feel clearer and freer. Some people have reported feeling more benefit from a single session of conscious connected breathwork than they have from years of talking therapy. Others people have reported feelings of bliss, peace and laughter, or working through and releasing trauma and old wounds. It is best not to go into breathwork with too much expectation - the breath always gives us what we need, even if it may not be what we want.

This group is a safer space for anyone who wants to explore the breath, and find deeper connection to themselves and the world around them. As a queer, neurodivergent breather, I especially welcome those with marginalised identities who do not necessarily see themselves reflected in most wellness spaces.

There are some contraindications to conscious connected breathwork - if you have bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or a history of psychosis, are in early or unstable pregnancy, have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, history of stroke, diabetes or glaucoma, you should speak to a medical professional before breathing this way, and please do reach out to me for a chat.

Mats and blankets will be provided at the studio, but please bring water, and you may also want to bring a notebook as there will be space to explore what comes up for you at the end.
