Forest Bathing Taster Day with Nature and Therapy UK.Forest Bathing and Forest Therapy offers us a deep healing experience at a physical, mental and emotional level. Research has demonstrated that time spent with trees can have a profound effect on our physiology and psychology.
Come and join Stefan Batorijs, founder of Nature and Therapy for a day in the woods immersed in the gentle wisdom of the trees, learn more about their healing powers whilst relaxing and letting go of stressful thoughts and ruminations.
We will gently wander in the woods and connect with the aspects of self that remember our original home as being amongst the trees.
Learn some nature connection exercises that you can take with you anywhere, find out more about our wild selves, about Nature’s incredible gifts, and about the implications for our health and sanity.
No experience necessary, we will walk slowly covering around 2-3km in a day, stopping for breaks and lunch. We will finish with a tea ceremony, Q and A, and some forest essential oils.
Nature and Therapy have been at the forefront of Forest Bathing training and research since 2017, and we now offer a 3 stage International Forest Guide Diploma training based in Devon and other locations.
