Slow down and step into the quiet beauty of winter with this guided forest bathing experience that invites reflection, connection, and warmth.We’ll take an unhurried walk through the woods, pausing for gentle invitations along the way—including a five senses practice, a letting-go exercise, and a time for mindful reflection
After each invitation, we’ll have the option to share our thoughts on what we noticed, both within ourselves and in the landscape around us.
We’ll close our time together by warming up with hot tea, a light snack, and community conversation, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply connected to the season.
Dress for the weather with warm, flexible layers and comfortable shoes suitable for uneven and possibly muddy ground so you can stay comfortable and present throughout the walk.
$25 Per Person - Open to 10 for a small-group experience—intentionally designed for quiet, presence, and an unhurried connection with nature.
