Celebrate the change of the season with a guided nature immersion honoring balance, renewal, and new beginnings. As we walk slowly through the woods, we’ll pause for gentle invitations such as a five senses exploration, a letting-go and welcoming practice, and a mindful reflection to observe signs of emergence and change.
After each invitation, we’ll share thoughts on what we noticed within ourselves and in the natural world.
We’ll close our time together with seasonal tea and a light snack, leaving feeling grounded, refreshed, and aligned with the vibrant energy of spring.
Dress for the weather with flexible layers and comfortable shoes suitable for uneven and possibly muddy ground so you can stay comfortable and present throughout the walk.
