Sophie, trained in nature mindfulness will guide you on a slow, gentle walk in Kings Heath Park helping you connect more deeply with nature through the senses and playfulness.

When we have enjoyed the fresh air we will head over to cosy up in the beautiful Cartlands Tea Rooms. There you will be able to create a nature inspired picture, card or clay pendant, all materials will be supplied. Maybe you will create a keepsake for yourself or perhaps for a loved one for Valentines Day.
