Soak up the benefits that fresh air and green space have on our mental health.

We meet regularly to carry out seasonal conservation tasks, with a mixture of gentle and more strenuous activities depending on your enegry levels.

And don't worry if you have never done this before, our rangers will show you exactly what to do and explain why the work is so important. Gloves, tools and training are provided.

Please arrive a few minutes early for a prompt start.
