About this Event
Visit IndigiScapes for this free informative exhibit about what our bee pollinators do and how they fit into our food web, showcasing the European honeybee, but also exploring native stingless bees, solitary bees like Blue banded, teddy bear, leaf cutter and fire tail resin bees to name a few.
Presented by Urban Bee Co Education.
Spend the morning exploring the range of activities on offer at IndigiScapes as we celebrate Australian Pollinator Week with resources highlighting native birds, bees and other pollinator species you might be less familiar with, including moths, wasps, flies and Flying-foxes. All contribute to the sustainable future of our forests, flowers and food crops and are vital to the health of our ecosystem.
To enjoy the range of delightful pollinator specials available from our IndigiCafe, book a table for the family for morning tea or lunch, or pack a blanket and enjoy a pollinator picnic in the gardens.
