The Ride for Mental Health (RMH) is more than a cycling event; it's a community in motion. Non-competitive, inclusive, and built on shared purpose, the RMH brings Canadians together through our signature ride in Edmonton, Alberta.
This event is more than a ride; it’s a rallying point. A chance to challenge yourself, connect with others, and stand behind the vital mental health programs Wounded Warriors Canada delivers for Trauma-Exposed Professionals and their families.

– Date: Saturday, August 22nd, 2026
– Start Location: Edmonton Garrison Fitness Centre: 185 Hwy 28A, Lancaster Park, AB.
– Route Options: 54km & 90km
– Distance and Start Times:
•7:40 AM - 7:59 AM: 90km Rider corralling
•8:00 AM: 90km Start
•8:10 AM - 8:29 AM: 54km Rider corralling
•8:30 AM: 54km Start
– Registration Fee: $175 Early-Bird. Prices increase June 1, 2026.
