A physio-led Pilates session for people living with axial SpA
Join us for afriendly physio-led exercise session designed especially for folks living with axial SpA. It’s a great chance to meet others, talk to a physiotherapist with a special interest in axial SpA and try out some exercise. .
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing it for years, come along and connect with a supportive community right here in Leicester.
This month the session will have a focus on Pilates and will be led by Helima who is a senior physiotherapist and qualified pilates instructor. John Snaith, Clinical Specialist MSK Physiotherapist for the University Hospitals of Leicester.will also be there.
As usual the session will start at 18:30 and finish by 19:30. Halima will be able to adapt the movements to everyone's needs.
If it's your first session, we will ask you to complete some medical information about yourself and there will be time to discuss what you'd like to get out of the session.
