StarBase Leicester Last Sunday Book Club

It’s book club time! A chance to chat about everything reading and catch up with fellow bookwyrms and bookworms at the StarBase Leicester Book club. We're a geek group but the book recommendations come from EVERY genre!

This event is in person and open to all (18+). If you read books, graphic novels, poetry etc you’re welcome to join us and share your favourites. Each event we chat about the previous months recommendation, then everything else we’ve read and pick the next story. Between 4 and 5pm it's silent book club, the perfect chance to sneak in extra reading then from 5 we chat about books!

Things at the event:

• 4-5 Silent book club aka a chance to read!
• 5 onwards chatting with real life humans about books, poems, and stories of all kinds including the monthly recommendation (you don't need to read it to enjoy the event)
• Deciding the next book
• Earn another event towards your 2026 Golden Club Badge.

Important Details:

• Eventbrite tickets available but not necessary (helps manage numbers).
• Please only attend if you feel 100% well/usual
• Over 18’s only
