THE HOT SPOT -Menopause Sister Circle for Black WomenMenopause is a powerful life transition, yet too often, Black women face it in silence. The Hot Spot is a safe, supportive monthly space designed to affirm, educate, and empower. Join us as we build community and share our journeys together.
Our Initial 6 sessions will cover:
1. Let’s Get Started – Introductory session and welcome
2. Bring Sexy Back – Reclaiming desire (yep, we’re talking sexual health )
3. Hot Facts Only – Understanding the science of menopause
4. Nourish to Flourish – Food, movement & mood magic
5. Mind & Spirit Reset – Mental health, emotions, sleep and everything in between
6. Celebrate You – Reflection, celebration & next steps
✨ And yes we’ll go with the flow. Topics can evolve based on what the group needs most.
