Hear the call of your heart! Mysticism is popularly known as becoming one with God or the Absolute. It may refer to any kind of spiritual ecstasy or altered state of consciousness. It may also refer to transformation and the attainment of insight in ultimate or hidden truths. Altered states can be brought about by concentrative meditations that fix one’s attention and by reciting prayers and mantras and so entering a state of expanded consciousness.
In this workshop we will practice Kundalini yoga and meditations with particular mantras to initiate a state of mindfulness and bliss.
Mantra sheets will be provided. All welcome and no experience needed.
