The African Experience YTT is an opportunity to explore the beauty of Cape Town and the energy of Africa while immersing yourself in the transformation of Yoga!
The course itself focuses on Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Applied Yogic Philosophy for transformation... and includes asanas, teaching skills, sequencing, philosophy, the business of Yoga, fascia, pranayama, Ayurveda, reflexology, Yoga for Grief Recovery, Seva... and more.
This YTT is registered with the Yoga Alliance International and falls under the umbrella of Conscious Movement Education.
