• Journaling: After the soothing vibrations of the sound bath have calmed your mind and opened your heart, we will take a moment to process and express what has surfaced, deepening the sense of inner clarity and connection. This practice helps to solidify the healing effects of the sound bath, offering a tangible way to carry the benefits into daily life.
• Reading: You will have a special moment to draw cards from a mystical Shaman Oracle deck, guided by an accompanying guidebook.
