My Queer Valentine: a Self-Love Yoga Flow

To celebrate Valentine's Day I am super excited to host My Queer Valentine: a Self-Love Yoga Flow on Wednesday, February 12th. This will be a whimsical yoga flow to get our bodies moving and have fun and I will also be incorporating some Face Yoga into this class for those who are curious or interested to try these techniques! This event is from 6-7:30pm at Neighborhood House, doors open at 6pm, class starts at 6:30, and BYO Yoga Mat. We will find a cozy spot by the fire afterwards at the Plough and the Stars to connect over drinks and snacks!
