Every Wednesday, join us for an interactive conversation with a different illuminating guest. Following the chat, you'll be offered a matching mindfulness concept or two to absorb and contemplate. Your host will then guide a meditation to compliment the theme and coax you into a relaxed state of clarity. There will be some final moments to reflect and share with your fellow participants, or to sit back and just listen. The intention is for all to leave feeling radiantly conscious!
