This Memorial Day, join us at CrossFit Minot as we take on the Hero workout “Murph” in honor of all those who have served. The workout was dedicated to Lt. Michael Murphy, who died heroically in the line of duty in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.🕓 Workout starts at 4PM
🔥 All fitness levels welcome—this workout can be scaled to your ability
Murph (Rx):
• 1 Mile Run
• 100 Pull-Ups
• 200 Push-Ups
• 300 Air Squats
• 1 Mile Run
