Empower your strength, balance, and fitness with Prairie Grit Power! This adaptive group fitness class is tailored for athletes of all abilities, providing a supportive environment where you can build physical power and confidence. With our skilled coaches, you’ll engage in exercises designed to enhance strength and stability, with modifications that meet each participant’s unique needs. Prairie Grit Power meets every Tuesday from 4:00 to 4:45 pm, welcoming participants with disabilities ages 10 through adults. Join us and discover the possibilities of fitness without limits—your strength journey starts here! Sessions are 45 minutes in length.
