Adaptive Rock Climbing
Adaptive Rock Climbing at the Minot Family YMCA provides a safe and supportive environment for climbers of all abilities. Whether you’re new to climbing or experienced, this program offers a chance to build strength, confidence, and technique with guidance from expert instructors. Adaptive equipment is available to ensure a successful experience for all participants.
Session Details
- When: Fridays, 3:00 – 4:00 P.M. (2 participants per 20-minute slot; dates updated annually)
- 2026 Dates: June 5, June 12, June 19, June 26, July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31, August 7.
- Where: Minot Family YMCA Rock Wall
- Cost: $5
- Eligibility: Adaptive participants ages 5 and up
- Required: Participant consent form
All climbing gear is provided. Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
