This all-inclusive day-out includes complimentary coffee & snacks at check-in, a $30 lunch voucher, an exclusive race at Blackcomb Race Centre and an Après.

Awards will be given for Closest Match Time and Best Costume - think sequins, bright colors, wild patterns and funky accessories!

Schedule:

8:30am-9:30am: Check-in inside Merlin's Bar and Grill - enjoy a coffee and snack whilst connecting with new and familiar faces

10:00am: Blackcomb Race Centre Open for Practice - all competitors to course

10:30am: Group Photos at Top of Course

10:30am-11:30am: Race Begins - competitors complete two runs and race to match their times

11:30am-1:00pm: Lunch (Location TBC)

3:00pm: Awards & Draw Prizes at Merlin's Bar & Grill
