Hi y’all! To celebrate my 25th birthday, I’m hosting a mommy’s Pilates class! Since it’s spooky season, the theme is Mummy Core.

This is a chance for us moms to take time for ourselves, get a good sweat in, and meet other amazing mom friends.

What to know:

• Arrive 10 minutes early
• Bring water
• Wear comfy athletic clothes
• Mats are included so you do not need to bring one
• Optional fun: I made a little outfit mood board (pink, beige, black) for inspo—totally not mandatory, just for fun
