Curious about Mom & Baby Barre?
Join us on 18 or 20 August 2026 for a trial class! This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the class, meet other mothers, and see whether Mom & Baby Barre feels right for you and your baby.
Mom & Baby Barre is a gentle, full-body barre class specially adapted to the needs of the postpartum body. The class focuses on rebuilding strength after birth, with particular attention to the pelvic floor, posture, balance, and the upper body, which often becomes tense from feeding, carrying, and caring for a baby. The movements are designed to support recovery while helping you reconnect with your body in a safe and enjoyable way.
Babies are welcome to feed, sleep, play, or simply observe throughout the class. We recommend the class for mothers with babies approximately 2–12 months old.
What to expect
• A gentle, full-body barre workout adapted for postpartum recovery
• Pelvic floor activation and strengthening
• Exercises to release tension and improve mobility in the neck, shoulders and upper back
• Better posture, balance and body awareness
• A welcoming, baby-friendly environment with no expectations for your little one to participate
