Yinon Muallem, Oud Maestro with cultural imprint from Istanbul is one of the key figures in Oriental Jazz.
He started his musical career with Middle Eastern percussion, then began learning the oud and composing his own music. He has been influenced by a wide variety of traditional Turkish, Sufi, Gypsy, and Klezmer, Balkan and Indian music eventually creating his own style with a unique combination of this rich variety.
