Open Doors Week at Abrazo Studio
17–23 August
Welcome to discover Abrazo Studio — a new movement and community space in Helsinki.
During our Open Doors Week, you are invited to try introductory classes, workshops and community events that reflect the different sides of the studio: movement, tango, motherhood, wellbeing and connection.
Abrazo Studio brings together Argentine tango, Pilates, yoga, Gyrokinesis®, mother & baby classes, birth preparation, massage and community-oriented events in a warm and welcoming environment.
This week is an opportunity to:
• visit the studio for the first time
• meet the teachers and collaborators
• try different classes at a reduced price
• learn more about our autumn programme
• experience the kind of community we are slowly building
Most sessions during Open Doors Week are only 10 €
Some events may be free.
Places are limited and advance registration is required for most activities.

Whether you are completely new to movement, curious about tango, expecting a baby, returning to practice after a break, or simply looking for a welcoming place to connect with others — you are warmly welcome.
