Please join us at our NEW location for a Meditative Sound Journeying With 5 Gongs & many other instruments. RELAX, RELEASE & HEAL all that no longer serve you.Come, with an open heart and no expectations and allow the sound and vibrations transport you to a place of release and relaxation.
BRIEF OVERVIEW:
This event is at The Divine Light Wellbeing Centre . Free parking on site.
Start time is 7:15 pm to 9:30 pm
this includes an introduction, meditation and feedback.
PLEASE ARRIVE at 7:15pm sharp in order to get settled in and relaxed.
Doors close at 7:30 pm, so late-comers are not able to enter the venue once the event is underway!
WHAT TO BRING:
Please wear comfortable clothing. We will supply an airbed mattress for your comfort but please bring a pillow, a blanket to keep warm and a bottle of water to make sure you keep hydrated.

Surgery 1 month, if Organ Surgery 3 months
Epilepsy (especially sound induced)
Pregnant women in their first trimester
Severe Mental Illness
Blood clots
Pacemaker
