Relax and experience the healing power of sound.It’s always a treat to welcome Jez back to Horsham for a special sound journey, this time, to honour the Spring Equinox.
Sound therapy has been shown to provide numerous health benefits, from boosting your immune system to making you feel more grounded, present, and connected.
Jez, a highly skilled historical musician with over 35 years of experience, is also a certified sound therapist. His unique ability to feel the vibrations of music through his sinuses, due to a hearing impairment, creates an even more powerful and deeply resonant experience for participants.
Immerse yourself in the rejuvenating sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and gentle percussion in this therapeutic sonic session designed for relaxation and wellbeing.
No previous experience is required; everything will be explained beforehand.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, two blankets, an eye covering, and a water bottle to ensure you're cosy and comfortable throughout.
P.S. Sound baths are not suitable for those with seizures, epilepsy, heart conditions, or early stages of pregnancy. If you have any concerns, please get in touch to discuss them before attending.
