This gentle yet powerful session is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body back into balance through the healing vibrations of sound. You’ll be guided into a state of deep rest, allowing tension to melt away and space to open for clarity, calm, and renewal.
We’ll finish with a grounding tea ceremony, giving you time to gently return and integrate the experience in a warm, supportive setting. A perfect time to read through your Oracle card and connect with your bestie and your community.
