Welcome to the MSU Manager & Supervisor Training!

Join us for an interactive and informative training session designed for managers and supervisors. Learn essential skills and strategies to excel in your leadership role. This in-person event will be held at Calvin And Tina Tyler Hall, providing a conducive environment for networking and learning. This development program takes place during three full days of learning over a three month period. Lunch is provided for all three days.

Each day is filled with both the theory and application of supervision. You will leave with a better understanding of your role as a supervisor here at MSU, as well as a better understanding of how you supervise by completing self-assessments, learning through case studies, and being able to ask questions to various campus leaders about each topic area. This program is led by MSU’s OHR department. Maximum Attendees (30)
