Join us for an empowering series focused on engaging and collaborating with youth.
Session 1: Ask, Listen, Encourage (1:00-2:30 PM) Learn strategies for positive interactions with young people through active listening, effective questioning, and encouragement.
Break (2:30-3:00 PM) Enjoy coffee, tea, and light snacks.
Session 2: Youth as Partners: Collaborating to Create, Connect, and Change (3:00-4:30 PM) Discover best practices for incorporating and elevating youth voice to create a collaborative and safe space.

This workshop provides strategies for carrying out positive, purposeful interactions with young people through asking effective questions, letting young people speak, and making specific observations about their decisions that encourage them to succeed.

During this session we will explore best practices on not only incorporating youth voice but elevating it. By discussing the challenges, and examining real world applications, we will discover the benefits of this powerful tool, that is essential to creating a collaborative and safe space.
