The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a formal gathering held once a year to review MSO's activities, finances, and leadership. It's your chance to reflect on our achievements over the past year and elect the new MSO committee 🏅🐯.

* Treasurer

* Social & Cultural Director
* Sports Director
* Careers & Welfare Director

Requirements to Apply:
1️⃣ Must be a registered Arc member & UNSW MSO member
2️⃣ Must have joined UNSW MSO on SpArc
3️⃣ Must be a current UNSW student (no graduation during term: Oct 2024 - Oct 2025)
How to Apply:
For Positions Chosen at AGM (President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer, etc.):
1️⃣ Fill out and submit the self-nomination form
2️⃣ Prepare a short presentation & speech
* President & VP: 8 min presentation + 8 min Q&A
* Other roles: 5 min presentation + 5 min Q&A
3️⃣ Email your presentation slides to 📧 [email protected] before 27th September 11:59PM
4️⃣ Members attending the AGM will vote 'Yes', 'No', or 'Abstain' for you
For Sponsorship, Marketing, Creatives, or IT Positions:
Stay tuned for info! These roles will be filled via interviews after the AGM 🎤
💡 Nominate Someone on AGM Day ('Floor Nomination’):
1️⃣ During the AGM, you can nominate someone for a role
2️⃣ If they accept, they’ll give a speech and answer Q&A before members vote
