About this Event

NEW VENUE: Don't miss another great author conversation with Montclair Public Library! New York Times bestselling author Tayari Jones will be in conversation with her former student and fellow novelist Cleyvis Natera ("The Grand Paloma Resort") about her new book, "Kin." Two childhood friends who are both motherless take very different paths at the beginning of the civil rights movement.

This is a ticketed event at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Montclair. Tickets cost $35 and include a pre-signed copy of the book.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. The discussion will be followed by an audience Q&A and book sales with Watchung Booksellers. Light refreshments to follow, graciously donated by the Montclair Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
