Enjoy the natural beauty + health benefits of movement in Riverside Park. This class can be bilingual for English + Spanish speakers.

This class is made possible by partnership with the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council (WRWC) and Providence Parks with the support of our sponsors. Bring a water bottle, comfortable shoes, and yourself! We provide some yoga mats to borrow, or you are free to bring your own.

This class is geared toward adults (16+) and all participants must sign a WRWC waiver before class begins. Waivers must be signed by a parent or guardian for any minors.
