Join lifelong dancers, yogis, and movement practitioners Lilli Markle and Isabella MacLea 🩰 for a 6-week movement series exploring the balance between strength, flexibility, and refined movement quality.
Designed for dancers, yogis, and anyone looking to build a longer, stronger, more aligned body, each session blends conditioning, mobility, and contemporary movement foundations with an intentional, supportive approach.
Using props to enhance long lines, target specific muscle groups, and safely progress toward balances, transitions, and more advanced postures, this series will help you deepen your movement practice, improve alignment and flexibility, increase body awareness, and move with greater confidence. Open to all levels.
